Wooooooohoooooooo! Level 70!!

Finally made it! I turned in the Building a Perimeter quest at Kirin’Var and got the beautiful flash of light that indicated my ascension into the ranks of Level 70!

So now what?? Well, since I no longer have XP to go for, here are my goals:

1. Gold. This is the main thing, since it leads to so many other things, including a flying mount, better gear, and twinking cash for my alts.

2. PVP. The main reason for this is also for better gear, some of wehich is available only by getting honor points. Our guild did a bit of uncoordinated, unplanned and basically fun raiding last night. Much of the time was spent in corpse running, but I did net 17 kills and 88 honor points. I know I can do a lot better; this was the first time for most of us, including me, and we did not expect much out of it except some laughs. However, I plan to get serious about this.

3. Professions. I am already maxed out in skinning, but my mining could use a boost. Perhaps some time spent in Hellfire will solve this.

4. Helping out Guild-mates. Lots of the lower level players, and alts of higher levels, need run-throughs for various instances in order to get XP or good items for their classes.

I will post some ideas I have for each of these in later posts.

    2. Gratz! How many days/hours in your /played time on this toon?

Valdesta, who might get one toon to 70 in the next year.

    3. Thanks, Valdesta

I looked at my time played, and after subtracting what I have played at this level (a half day), it looks like I spent 22.5 days on this toon.

Not bad, considering much of that time was spent wandering around, trying to figure out what to do in the beginning, trying to level my mining and blacksmithing, and then going back and replacing my blacksmithing with skinning!

When I look back, I realize how much faster I could have done this. For my first 5 levels, I didn’t even realize I had a gun!! That’s what a NOOB I was!
